Carved limestone wall fragment depicts a standing Pharaoh with offerings and Thoth, the ibis-headed God of wisdom, paying homage to Amun, the supreme creator-god of fertility and life, who is seated on a throne within an altar, on the left. Standing behind Amun are: Mut, the vulture goddess of the sky; Ptah, the creator God of Memphis; and a figure holding a flail and a crook in one hand and an Ankh in the other. Hieroglyphs, cartouches and various symbols including cobras and a vulture on the surface.Colors include green, deep orange, yellow ochre and black. Light earthen patina. New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty.
