At the Sadigh Gallery, we offer a number of high-quality items in our European antiquities collection. Some of our available items date back to the time period around the Middle Ages, and others are of a more recent vintage dating up to the first years of the 20th century.
Part of our fine collection of European antiquities includes a wide selection of original leaves taken from family King James Bibles printed in the 1700s. The pages consist of either text or beautifully engraved illustrations of familiar scenes from both the Old and New Testaments. The Sadigh Gallery also offers other important religious artifacts including ancient statues depicting the Blessed Virgin, Greek religious figures in a variety of sizes, carved crosses and altar pieces from the Renaissance.
Those looking for artifacts outside of the religious vein will find a host of military items available, including a unique collection of swords from across the continent. Spearheads are available as well as a selection of bayonets with decorative scabbards.
In the class of purely decorative objects, glass bowls and ceramics are available in many patterns and colors. Additionally, sculpted or carved human and animal figures provide a perfect decorative touch that is sure to add visual interest to any space.
