Egyptian Lot of 3: Faience Ushabtis, each with a chin beard, a headdress, holding a crook and flail. Traces of hieroglyphs on the front. Often called "Servants of the Afterlife," Ushabtis were placed in the tomb of the mummy and were intended to be servants that would magically come to life and do any chore the mummy might be called upon to perform in the afterlife. Earthen patina. 26th Dynasty.
