Lot of 3: Egyptian carved light green limestone statue of Bes depicted as a squatting savage-looking nude man. He is standing on two animals. A row of hieroglyphs and Egyptian symbols on the back, including the Sun God Ra holding an Ankh, the Egyptian symbol of life. Ptolemaic. 305-30 BC (4 ½" x 2 ¼"); Luristan bronze axe, the cylindrical shaft-hole with four butt-spikes are all joined together along the base. Wooden shaft missing. Traces of green patina. In exceptional condition. 1200-800 BC (7" x 3"); Syrian Rectangular shaped, brown steatite stamp seal with a male figure and a winged animal on the bottom. The reverse has incised linear designs. Holes for wearability. 2000 BC (2 ¼" x 2")
